Cancellations & Refunds
Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Shadval Tour & Travels for domestic and international travel services.
Cancellation by Customer
• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our official contact channels.
• Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date and as per service provider (airline/hotel) policies.
• Non-refundable services (e.g., certain flight tickets or hotel bookings) will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellation by Shadval Tour & Travels
If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking option of equal value.
Refund Process
• Refund requests will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party service fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
If part of the travel service has been utilized, refunds will be issued proportionately, subject to supplier policies.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the designated time or date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
